Yes. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation similar to daydreaming or being deeply absorbed in a book or movie. You remain fully aware, in control, and able to speak or stop at any time. Regardless of whether you choose coaching, RTT® clients receive follow-up support to ensure their success:
* 1 day after the session – quick check-in to answer questions and confirm comfort with the process
* 7 - 10 days after the session – support for early shifts and adjustments
* 21 days after the session – review of progress, troubleshooting, and discussion of any next steps

Your session must take place in a completely private, uninterrupted space.
Please ensure the following before your session begins:
* Choose a quiet room with the door fully closed
* No other people in the room or nearby
* No pets in the room or entering during the session
* Silence all phones, notifications, and devices
* Let anyone you live with know you are not to be interrupted
* Use headphones if possible for deeper focus
* Sit or lean back comfortably where you won’t need to move
* Put a sign on your room door or home door to not interrupt
